Board Responsibilities
- Attend Board and committee meetings regularly
- Support and attend the Alumni Association’s functions
- Be familiar with the minutes of the board and committee(s) to which you are assigned
- Be familiar with the Alumni Association’s activities
- Be familiar with Leadership Fort Smith’s current program
- Help develop operating funds
- Counsel and advise, sharing benefit of judgment, expertise and familiarity
- Treat the affairs of the organization as you would your own
- Perform in a prudent and diligent manner
